Information on this website
The guides and service pages are general information about building work and quantity surveying in London. They are not advice for your particular property. Planning rules, Building Regulations and party wall requirements depend on the building and the local authority, so always check your own circumstances with the relevant professional or council before relying on anything here.
Photographs on this site illustrate the type of work described. They are not necessarily photographs of projects carried out by Home Care Construction.
Quotes
A Quick Quote request is an enquiry, not a contract. Any price we give is based on the information available at the time and sets out what it includes and excludes. A quote is not binding on either side until a written building contract or appointment has been agreed and signed.
Building work and surveying services
All building work and quantity surveying services are provided under a separate written contract or appointment. That document sets out the scope, the price, the payment terms, how changes are valued and each side’s responsibilities. If anything in it differs from these website terms, the contract applies.
Using the website
- Do not use the site in any way that breaks the law or interferes with its operation.
- Do not send anything through the forms that is offensive, misleading or not yours to share.
