Home Care Construction is the controller of the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at info@hccconstruction.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send the Quick Quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the type of work and the details you type in. If you email us, we receive whatever you include. We do not ask for more than we need to reply and price the work.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a visit or a review of your drawings (steps taken at your request before a contract).
To prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to carry out the contract.
To keep records we are required to keep by law, such as tax and accounting records.

We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Only with people who help us deliver the work or run the business, such as the email and hosting providers that carry the messages, and, where a project goes ahead, the consultants and suppliers involved in it. Each handles the information only for that purpose.

Embedded maps

Some pages show an embedded Google map. Loading the map lets Google receive technical information such as your IP address, under Google’s own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted once they are no longer needed to follow up. Records for projects we carry out are kept for as long as the law and our contractual obligations require.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it to be moved to another organisation. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how your information has been handled.

Security

The website form is sent over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need them.
